Product Introduction
The YA50-3 is the entry-level model in the HM Instruments YA series of 96-channel automated pipetting workstations. Built on an air-displacement principle with a fixed 96-channel head, it processes standard SBS-format 96-well plates simultaneously, completing a full-plate dispense in under 90 seconds. The 2–50 μL volume range is optimized for molecular biology workflows including PCR/qPCR reaction setup, ELISA reagent addition, and NGS library preparation. With 3 deck positions, the YA50-3 accommodates a source plate, tip box, and reagent reservoir — the essential configuration for single-plate transfer protocols.
Measuring 580 × 350 × 580 mm and weighing 26.6 kg, the YA50-3 fits inside standard Class II biosafety cabinets, enabling aseptic liquid handling for cell-based assays and biohazardous sample processing. The Android tablet control interface provides intuitive drag-and-drop protocol programming, real-time run monitoring, and pre-built templates for common applications.
