Product Introduction
The YA200-6 represents the maximum deck capacity configuration of the HM Instruments 96-channel automated pipetting platform, with 6 SBS deck positions and a 5–200 μL volume range. This top-tier configuration supports the most complex high-throughput screening (HTS) protocols: multiple compound source plates, serial dilution stations, secondary and tertiary reagent additions, destination assay plates, and tip boxes can all be loaded simultaneously.
With 6 deck positions, the YA200-6 eliminates all plate-swapping interruptions for protocols requiring up to 6 sequential liquid handling steps. This includes compound dispensing → primary dilution → secondary dilution → detection reagent addition → stop solution → plate reformatting, all executed in a continuous unattended cycle.
Accuracy of ≤0.8% at 200 μL and ≤0.5% CV ensures data quality through every step of complex multi-step protocols. The Android tablet control with Bluetooth connectivity provides intuitive operation, while the compact 580 × 350 × 580 mm footprint maintains compatibility with bench space and Class II biosafety cabinets.
