Product Introduction
The YA50-5 expands the YA50 platform to 5 SBS deck positions, enabling high-throughput laboratory workflows that require multiple source plates, reagent reservoirs, and tip boxes loaded simultaneously. This configuration is particularly effective for sample normalization protocols where multiple 96-well source plates are consolidated into a single destination plate, and for complex multi-reagent protocols where three or more different reagents are dispensed in sequence.
With 5 deck positions, the YA50-5 can load two source plates, a reagent reservoir, a destination plate, and a tip box — supporting continuous plate-to-plate transfer without pausing for deck reconfiguration. For laboratories processing 100+ plates daily, the reduction in manual intervention translates directly to higher throughput and lower operator fatigue.
Like all YA50 models, the 2–50 μL volume range delivers accuracy of ≤1.5% at 20 μL and precision of ≤1% CV. The compact 580 × 350 × 580 mm footprint remains BSC-compatible, and the Android tablet interface provides intuitive protocol programming with real-time monitoring.
