Product Introduction
The YA200-3 is the entry-level model in the HM Instruments YA200 series, extending the 96-channel pipetting platform to a 5–200 μL volume range. This wider range accommodates laboratory workflows that require volumes beyond the 50 μL limit of the YA50 series — including ELISA reagent addition (typically 50–100 μL), cell culture media dispensing (100–200 μL), and compound addition for screening assays (20–200 μL).
With accuracy of ≤1% at 100 μL and ≤0.8% at 200 μL, the YA200-3 delivers the precision required for quantitative assays. The ≤0.5% CV at 200 μL ensures consistent optical density readings across 96-well ELISA plates, reducing control well variance from typical 5–8% (manual) to below 2%.
The 3-deck configuration supports basic transfer protocols: source plate, tip box, and reagent reservoir. The compact 580 × 350 × 580 mm footprint fits inside Class II BSCs for aseptic cell culture dispensing, and the adjustable speed feature enables gentle dispensing for shear-sensitive cell lines.
