Product Introduction
The YA200-4 expands the 96-channel automated pipetting platform to 4 SBS deck positions within the 5–200 μL volume range. The additional deck position enables multi-reagent protocols that are not practical with a 3-deck configuration: compound source plates, diluent reservoirs, destination assay plates and tip boxes can all be loaded simultaneously, allowing compound addition followed by dilution or reformatting without manual intervention.
With accuracy of ≤1% at 100 μL and ≤0.8% at 200 μL, the YA200-4 delivers the precision required for quantitative dose-response assays. The 4-deck layout eliminates the bottleneck of plate swapping between steps, increasing unattended run capacity by 30–50% compared to 3-deck configurations.
The 580 × 350 × 580 mm footprint remains compact enough for operation inside Class II biosafety cabinets, while the Android tablet control with Bluetooth connectivity allows the operator to monitor runs from outside the containment area.
