Product Introduction
The YA50-6 is the maximum-capacity configuration of the HM Instruments YA50 platform, providing 6 SBS deck positions for the most demanding low-volume liquid handling protocols. With capacity for multiple source plates, several reagent reservoirs, a destination plate, and multiple tip boxes loaded simultaneously, it supports complex multi-step workflows without any manual deck reconfiguration.
This configuration is designed for laboratories running the most complex 96-well processing protocols — such as multi-source NGS library consolidation, high-complexity PCR with multiple control sets, and multi-reagent assay workflows requiring 4+ sequential additions. The 6-deck layout eliminates the last source of manual intervention: when all plates, reservoirs, and tip boxes are pre-loaded, the instrument runs continuously through the entire protocol.
The 2–50 μL volume range delivers accuracy of ≤1.5% at 20 μL and precision of ≤1% CV. The 580 × 350 × 580 mm footprint remains BSC-compatible, and the Android tablet provides full protocol programming and monitoring capabilities.
