Product Introduction
The HM-F1 is a single-channel automatic micro dispensing station built for laboratories where absolute accuracy matters more than raw throughput. Its YZ-15A peristaltic pump head delivers ≤5 μL accuracy at the 50 μL reference point and holds errors within 2% above 200 μL, covering a working range from a 20 μL minimum up to 9,999,999 μL in quantitative mode — and unlimited volume in constant-flow mode. Because peristaltic dispensing is non-contact, liquid touches only a replaceable platinum-cured silicone tube (OD 4 mm × ID 0.8 mm, rated -51 to 238°C), so cross-contamination between samples, reagents, and batches is structurally eliminated. The 7-inch touchscreen stores 10 programmable recipes with up to 32 column volumes each, while rinsing, back-suction recovery, and mixing functions handle daily workflow needs without extra accessories. Calibrated to JJF (Ji) 233-2024 and JJF 1259-2018, the HM-F1 gives quality-managed laboratories documented, verifiable dispensing performance in a compact 355 × 280 × 550 mm benchtop footprint.
Applications
PCR and qPCR master mix preparation and aliquoting
Standard solution and reference material preparation
Serial dilution for standard curves in tube strips
Nucleic acid extraction reagent distribution
cDNA library setup with well-by-well volume variation
Cell culture media supplementation in flasks and bottles
Serum and plasma aliquoting in clinical laboratories
Bulk reagent bottling with constant-flow mode
Functional Performance
≤5 μL accuracy at 50 μL — the tightest specification in the series, ideal for low-volume analytical work.
YZ-15A peristaltic pump head — precision single-channel delivery at up to 600 rpm.
Non-contact fluid path — liquid contacts only platinum-cured silicone tubing rated -51 to 238°C; no internal path to clean.
Dual dispensing modes — quantitative (manual or programmed, up to 9,999,999 μL) and unlimited-volume constant-flow.
10 programmable recipes — 32 column volumes per recipe, recalled in two taps on the 7-inch touchscreen.
Adjustable dispensing strength — multi-level flow control for viscous reagents or fragile cell suspensions.
Adjustable needle rack — adapts to tubes, flasks, and vessels of different geometries at 110 mm rack height.
Back-suction recovery — returns unused reagent from tubing to the source container after each run.
Rinsing and mixing functions — priming, washing, and homogenizing without extra accessories.
Removable waste-liquid tank — drain-line connection keeps wash cycles unattended.
Verifiable calibration — JJF (Ji) 233-2024 and JJF 1259-2018 compliance, re-verifiable by the ISO 8655 gravimetric method.
