Product Introduction

The HM-F8 is an 8-channel automatic micro dispensing station built for laboratories whose daily workload is plate-based: 96-well ELISA plates, PCR plates, and deep-well culture plates. Its DG-8 pump head fills an entire 96-well plate in one programmed cycle — up to 8 wells per pass — delivering ≤10 μL accuracy at the 50 μL reference point and holding errors within 2% above 200 μL. The working range spans a 20 μL minimum to 9,999,999 μL in quantitative mode, with unlimited-volume constant-flow for bulk reagent bottling. Because peristaltic dispensing is non-contact, liquid touches only replaceable platinum-cured silicone tubing (OD 3 mm × ID 1 mm, rated -51 to 238°C), so cross-contamination between wells, reagents, and batches is structurally eliminated. The 7-inch touchscreen stores 10 programmable recipes with up to 32 column volumes each, while the 15 mm maximum needle spacing and adjustable rack height accommodate plates, tube strips, and flasks. Calibrated to JJF (Ji) 233-2024 and JJF 1259-2018, the HM-F8 fits a 355 × 280 × 550 mm benchtop footprint and runs quieter than 60 dB.

Applications

  • 96-well ELISA reagent and wash-buffer dispensing

  • High-throughput PCR/qPCR plate setup

  • Cell seeding and media exchange in culture plates

  • HTS primary and secondary screening compound distribution

  • Clinical serum/plasma batch aliquoting

  • Nucleic acid extraction reagent distribution across plates

  • Deep-well plate filling for sample storage and transport

  • Bulk reagent bottling with constant-flow mode

Functional Performance

  1. 8-channel DG-8 pump head — parallel dispensing completes a 96-well plate in 12 passes at up to 600 rpm.

  2. ≤10 μL accuracy at 50 μL — consistent parallel delivery across all eight channels, ≤2% error above 200 μL.

  3. Non-contact fluid path — liquid contacts only platinum-cured silicone tubing rated -51 to 238°C; no internal path to clean.

  4. Whole-plate and any-column strategies — fill an entire plate or only the columns an assay needs.

  5. Dual dispensing modes — quantitative (manual or programmed, up to 9,999,999 μL) and unlimited-volume constant-flow.

  6. 10 programmable recipes — 32 column volumes per recipe, recalled in two taps on the 7-inch touchscreen.

  7. Adjustable dispensing strength — multi-level flow control for viscous reagents or fragile cell suspensions.

  8. 15 mm maximum needle spacing — fits standard microplates, tube strips, and small vessels.

  9. Back-suction recovery — returns unused reagent from tubing to the source container after each run.

  10. Rinsing and mixing functions — priming, washing, and homogenizing without extra accessories.

  11. Verifiable calibration — JJF (Ji) 233-2024 and JJF 1259-2018 compliance, re-verifiable by the ISO 8655 gravimetric method.
