Product Introduction
The HM-WS3 is a lightweight Karl Fischer coulometric moisture analyzer running the Android operating system on an ARM Cortex-A7 quad-core processor (RK3288, 1.88 GHz). Weighing only 2 kg, it is designed for both on-site and laboratory water content measurement across petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The 7-inch LCD touchscreen provides an intuitive interface for sample configuration, detection control, and data review.
Equipped with a fully sealed titration cell, the instrument completes detection in approximately 60 seconds with automatic endpoint determination. Sample information — including name, batch number, unit, and operator — can be freely edited before each test. Detection parameters such as electrolysis current, voltage, water content threshold, and maximum analysis time are user-configurable. Both volumetric and gravimetric sample introduction methods are supported, providing flexibility for different sample types and testing protocols.
Data management capabilities include a built-in thermal printer with QR code output, historical record search, and standard USB interface for data storage exceeding 200,000 records. Wi-Fi connectivity enables cloud upload and remote query, while directed remote firmware updates eliminate the need to return the instrument for software maintenance.
