Product Introduction
The HM-WS2 is a fully automatic Karl Fischer coulometric titrator equipped with a 7.0-inch 800×480 pixel true-color TFT-LCD touchscreen and a capacitive human-sensing keyboard, providing an intuitive all-Chinese operating interface for daily laboratory moisture analysis. Powered by a TI AM3354 processor (Cortex-A8 core, 1 GHz) running the Windows Embedded Compact 7 real-time industrial control system, the instrument delivers stable and responsive operation.
The HM-WS2 measures moisture content from 0.0001% (1 ppm) to 100% with a sensitivity threshold of 0.01 μg H₂O — an order of magnitude more sensitive than basic LED-display models. Accuracy specifications include errors below 2 μg for water content under 10 μg, within 2 μg for 10–1000 μg, and within 0.2% for content above 1000 μg. The instrument automatically completes determination in approximately 60 seconds and provides direct result display, automatic calculation of percentage content, and printing of sample number, operator, and date.
A sealed titration cell bottle ensures operator safety during routine use. Compliant with 23 national and industry standards (GB/T and SH/T series), the HM-WS2 is suitable for moisture determination in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and electric power industries.
