The HM-WS4 is a high-performance Karl Fischer coulometric titrator designed for precise water content determination in professional laboratory environments. Equipped with a 10.0-inch 1024 × 600 pixel true-color TFT-LCD display, it provides comprehensive data visualization with simultaneous multi-unit results displayed in μg, mg/L, ppm, and %. The Cortex-A8 processor running the Android operating system delivers responsive instrument control and data management.
The instrument employs alternating balance isolation detection technology and PWM pulse-width modulated electrolysis circuit for stable and accurate low-level moisture determination. With a measurement range from 0.0001% (1 ppm) to 100% and a sensitivity threshold of 0.01 μg H₂O, the HM-WS4 is capable of trace-level water analysis in demanding applications. Multiple endpoint judgment methods are supported, and a variety of calculation formulas are available to accommodate different sample types and testing protocols.
Communication and connectivity are comprehensive: RS232, RS485 serial ports and USB interface enable PC communication and system integration, while mobile APP remote control allows operators to monitor and operate the instrument from a distance.
