The HM-CWF3 is a full-wavelength ultra-micro spectrophotometer covering the 190–850 nm spectral range, designed for research and analytical laboratories that require flexible wavelength operation beyond the three standard nucleic acid measurement points. By providing continuous full-spectrum scanning capability, the HM-CWF3 enables absorption spectrum acquisition, custom wavelength quantification, and colorimetric method execution — all within the same compact, all-in-one platform.
In addition to nucleic acid and protein UV absorbance measurement, the HM-CWF3 integrates an OD600 bacterial culture module with a cuvette detection pathway for direct bacterial concentration monitoring. The 190–850 nm wavelength range opens the instrument to a broader set of analytical protocols compared to three-wavelength-only models, including specialized dye-based colorimetric assays and wavelength-specific analyte quantification.
The instrument retains all the hardware advantages of the CWF series: UV-enhanced CMOS linear array detector, pulsed xenon lamp (PP value <0.5%), three-light-path motor switching (0.04 mm / 0.2 mm / 1.0 mm), and a liquid column surface tension sample platform requiring only 0.5–2 µL per measurement.
