The analyzer employs photoelectric colorimetric detection with single-wavelength cold light sources at 410, 528, 590, and 620 nm — expandable to 64 wavelengths — distributed across 12 independent detection channels that operate simultaneously without cross-interference. Each channel incorporates constant-current voltage regulation and automatic light intensity calibration for consistent measurement stability and repeatability.
Equipped with a built-in thermal printer for on-demand report and QR code generation, the HM-FM1 supports GPRS wireless remote transmission and Wi-Fi connectivity for uploading data to food safety regulatory platforms. Storage capacity reaches 200,000 records, with USB 2.0 and U-disk support for data export and backup, ensuring complete traceability throughout the honey quality control process.
