The HM-FM1 is a multi-channel honey quality analyzer engineered for rapid on-site quantitative detection of 10 critical honey parameters. Powered by an ARM Cortex-A7 quad-core processor (RK3288, 1.88 GHz) running the Android operating system, the instrument provides an intuitive 7-inch LCD touchscreen with a Chinese-language interface for straightforward operation.

The analyzer employs photoelectric colorimetric detection with single-wavelength cold light sources at 410, 528, 590, and 620 nm — expandable to 64 wavelengths — distributed across 12 independent detection channels that operate simultaneously without cross-interference. Each channel incorporates constant-current voltage regulation and automatic light intensity calibration for consistent measurement stability and repeatability.

Equipped with a built-in thermal printer for on-demand report and QR code generation, the HM-FM1 supports GPRS wireless remote transmission and Wi-Fi connectivity for uploading data to food safety regulatory platforms.
