Product Introduction

The HM-FM2 is a portable dual-module honey analyzer that integrates photoelectric colorimetric and lateral flow immunochromatographic detection in a single instrument, enabling both quantitative and qualitative analysis of honey safety parameters. This dual-module architecture allows the instrument to detect not only conventional quality indicators through colorimetry but also heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury) and antibiotics (chloramphenicol, tetracyclines, sulfonamides, nitrofurans, quinolones) via immunochromatographic strips.

The photoelectric colorimetric module provides 12 detection channels with four-wavelength cold light sources, supporting simultaneous multi-sample quantitative analysis with an absorbance range of 0–3.5 OD and sensitivity of 0.01 OD. The lateral flow immunochromatographic module features automatic card scanning, C/T line recognition, and automatic card ejection, and is compatible with commercially available non-original colloidal gold test cards for flexible qualitative screening.

Running Android on a 7-inch color touchscreen, the HM-FM2 supports AC/DC dual power supply with a built-in lithium battery and vehicle power adapter for field deployment. Wi-Fi cloud-based remote software upgrade keeps detection methods current, while the built-in thermal printer and USB data export to Excel ensure immediate and archived documentation.
