Product Introduction

HM-KS2 is an automatic open-cup flash point and fire point tester for laboratories working with petroleum products and other flammable liquids. It heats samples according to the GB/T 3536—2008 temperature curve and performs electric ignition as the temperature approaches the preset flash point. Flame-ion detection identifies the flash, while the instrument automatically locks the fire point value when burning is detected. After the test, forced air cooling helps cool the heater. The 7-inch high-definition Android touchscreen shows the real-time temperature curve and supports Chinese-English interface switching. A-grade PT100 sensing uses a three-wire system with temperature compensation; intelligent temperature control coordinates the specified heating stages. The operating range is room temperature~400°C, with a specified repeatability of ≤4°C. Test data can be stored without a stated limit according to available EMMC space, exported, and uploaded to a cloud platform. The thermal printer supports Chinese characters, graphics, QR codes, and unlimited lines.
