Product Introduction

HM-BS2 is an automatic closed-cup flash point tester for laboratories and quality-control teams that need a repeatable way to assess flammable petroleum products and chemical solvents. It heats a sample along the GB/T 261-2021 curve, ignites automatically as the temperature approaches the expected flash point, and uses a K-type thermocouple to detect the flash. When a flash is detected, the instrument locks the result, displays it, prints it, and starts fan cooling for the heater. A 7-inch high-definition Android touchscreen presents the live temperature curve and supports Chinese-English interface switching. A-grade PT100 sensing in a three-wire system provides temperature compensation, while intelligent temperature control supports the defined heating stages.
