Instrument Overview
The water-injected meat detector measures the moisture content of raw meat by injecting high-frequency electrical signals into the sample and receiving echoes. It is faster and more convenient than the infrared drying method (rapid method) in Section 5.2 of the GB18394-2020 national standard document. It has the advantages of no sample preparation, rapid detection, and easy operation.
Technical indicators
Detect the moisture content of raw meat and can detect 4 types of samples: chicken, pork, beef, and mutton.
The AC impedance method is used for detection, and high-frequency electrical signals are injected into fresh meat for measurement. It has the advantages of fast detection speed, good repeatability, and little damage to the sample.
