Instrument Overview:
The meat moisture meter measures the moisture content of raw meat by injecting high-frequency electrical signals into the sample and receiving echoes. It is faster and more convenient than the infrared drying method (rapid method) in Section 5.2 of the GB18394-2020 national standard document. It has the advantages of no need to prepare samples, rapid detection, and easy operation.
Technical indicators:
Detect the moisture content of raw meat, and 4 samples can be detected: chicken, pork, beef, and mutton.
Use the AC impedance method for detection, inject high-frequency electrical signals into fresh meat for measurement, which has the advantages of fast detection speed, good repeatability, and little damage to the sample.
