I. Product introduction:

This product is suitable for sealing tests of soft packaging such as packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. in the food, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, daily chemicals, automobile, electronic components, stationery and other industries. Through the test, the sealing process and sealing performance of soft packaging can be effectively compared and evaluated, providing a scientific basis for determining relevant technical indicators, and the sealing performance test of the test pieces after drop and pressure resistance tests can also be carried out.

5. Lightweight design, convenient for changing the test location.

Test principle

This product adopts the negative pressure test principle. By evacuating the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water will have an internal and external pressure difference, and the gas escape in the sample will be observed to determine the sealing performance of the sample; by evacuating the vacuum chamber, the sample will have an internal and external pressure difference, and the sample expansion and the recovery of the sample shape after the vacuum is released will be observed to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
