Product Introduction

SHJ-S is an HM Instruments Handheld Phthalate Detector for rapid edible-oil plasticizer screening. It works with supporting fluorescence quantitative immunochromatographic reagent cards for peanut, soybean, rapeseed and blended oils. The workflow uses specific antigen-antibody binding; fluorescence intensity is related linearly to plasticizer concentration, and a preset standard curve calculates the displayed result. It supports supervision, food-production quality control and third-party pre-screening. Confirmatory procedures should be defined separately when required.
