Instrument usage

The corn seed analysis system is based on the principle of image recognition to achieve automatic analysis. Can be used for precise seed testing of corn kernels, analysis of corn grains, ears, and cross-sections. At the same time, it can also be used for seed testing and analysis of crops such as rice, wheat, rapeseed, beans, peanuts, sesame, etc.

Instrument functions

1. Applicable for the analysis of grain size indicators of corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, rapeseed, and vegetable seeds of equivalent grain types.

2. Corn whole ear analysis function: automatically measures the number of rows, grains, ear length, ear thickness, bald tip length, ear color, grain number per ear, bald tip ratio, and ear weight (limited to a single corn whole ear) of each corn.

3. Corn section analysis function: Corn's ear diameter, ear diameter, shaft diameter, shaft diameter, number of grains per ear, grain length, grain width, grain circumference, and grain area can be measured at least 35 sections at once.

4. Analysis and calculation of seeds and grains of rice, wheat, soybeans, rapeseed, vegetables, etc.: quantity, thousand grain weight/hundred grain weight, grain type per seed (including length, width, aspect ratio, standard deviation, circumference, area)

5. Can analyze the total results of various types of seeds: average values of all seeds (length, width, aspect ratio, circumference, area)

6. Hardware device: A3 format (maximum resolution 1600dpi X 1600dpi) Purple M1 Plus color scanner, electronic balance with RS232 interface, A3 size transparent tray.

7. Analysis speed: It can simultaneously image and analyze 10 corn ears, 35 corn sections, and around 1000 corn kernels.

8. Image: Supports JPG/TIF/BMP/PNG and other formats of images, allowing for arbitrary enlargement and reduction of images for easy viewing of marked results. The analyzed images can be manually saved by selecting a path.

9. Data: After each analysis operation, the Excel spreadsheet is automatically exported, and the export path of Excel can be set with the function of adding and saving.

10. Weight: A balance with automatic weight output function, which automatically converts the weight of thousands/hundreds of particles after input.

11. Color: Use recognized specific RGB values to represent the color of the seed.

12. Embryo tip count: capable of automatically identifying the number of corn kernels with embryo tips

13. Screening: Able to perform corresponding analysis operations based on the screening data of grains, sections, or ears.

14. Upload to the cloud: After binding the device number, the analyzed data can be saved to the cloud and support viewing of cloud data at any time.

15. Counting speed: 1500~4000 particles/minute; Accuracy: If the counting error is ≤ ± 0.5%, monitoring and correction will achieve 100% accuracy. Particle size error ≤ ± 0.3%. The accuracy error of automatic thousand particle weight analysis is ≤ 0.5%.
