Summary

The test type analyzer consists of three parts: a 16 million megapixel camera, a backlight device, and a tablet with embedded software. The backlight device uses high brightness LED lights, and the outer frame is made of aluminum alloy material. The software adopts advanced image processing technology and is an embedded software designed based on distance transformation principles, morphology, convex hull detection and other technologies. This device is mainly used in field crop yield measurement and seed testing in the agricultural field. Based on the photos taken by the high camera, the software automatically calculates the number of seeds, as well as the area, perimeter, length, width, aspect ratio, and other data of the seeds. The weight of a thousand seeds is automatically calculated based on the weight obtained from the balance and the number of seeds; Output results in the form of lists and graphics, making it easy for users to view and analyze research. This product can also manually correct the number of crop seeds to ensure counting accuracy, save data, and view data reports. The data can be exported in Excel format or uploaded to the instrument cloud data management system through WiFi to achieve data statistics and intelligent analysis.

Purpose

The seed testing analyzer can measure the quantity, thousand/hundred grain weight, and average grain shape (including length, width, aspect ratio, perimeter, and area) of various smooth surface seeds. It uses image ORC recognition technology, image positioning, spatial conversion, and other technologies to quickly identify the number of seeds and crop trait indicators.

Functional characteristics

1. The Android system has the advantages of simple operation, user-friendly, intelligent, and scalable applications.

2. Imaging characteristics: Equipped with a 16 million pixel resolution color high camera with autofocus, and an ultra-thin backlight light source board, it has automatic correction characteristics for camera image distortion and backlight board uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement errors. The seed particle diameter analyzed by photography is 0.5-20mm. The solid grains and withered grains of rice seeds need to be selected by wind, and then counted and analyzed separately to determine the seed setting rate of rice.

3. Counting accuracy and target size: 1-2000 particles/time, counting error ≤ ± 0.2%, minimal monitoring and correction can ensure the accuracy of the results. Precision error of thousand grain weight analysis: ≤ ± 1mg;

4. It can automatically measure the shape parameters (length, width, aspect ratio, area, perimeter) of each type of adhesive seed particle. The measurement error of each size of various seeds is ≤ ± 0.1mm.

5. There is a record of the tested sample, and the weight of the sample is automatically calculated by inputting the weight of a thousand grains. The analysis process is automatically controlled by a flat plate, which is efficient, accurate, simple and easy to use, with one click operation for counting analysis and thousand grain weight measurement.

6. Analysis data export: The analysis image results can be saved and automatically generated into a total report. The statistical analysis results can be output to an Excel sheet.

7. The seed examination system is supported by cloud platforms, and data can be uploaded to the cloud platform. Historical data can be retrieved according to any time period and seed category, and data such as measurement time, seed quantity, thousand seed weight, average area, average circumference, average length, average width, and thumbnail images of seeds can be viewed. Bar chart analysis can be performed on different parameters, and data can be exported in Excel spreadsheet form. Data can be printed online and displayed according to the selected time period. Data can be analyzed in tables, bar charts, and other forms, and can be downloaded and printed online.

8. Backlight device: It uses a high brightness LED light driven by a power source, with the action of a nano light guide plate and reflective materials, to make the backlight clear. The seeds on it have no shadows, and the aluminum alloy outer frame is beautiful, sturdy, and not easy to deform.

9. Automatic update: The software has an online automatic update function, and each time it enters the system, a new version will be automatically detected. Users can choose to update or choose to update the system at other times.
