Product Introduction
HM-HP20 is a touchscreen laboratory high pressure homogenizer for researchers who need clear process indication while treating small sample volumes. The high-pressure reciprocating pump delivers material to the working valve, where high-pressure shear, impact and cavitation reduce liquid-borne particles to an ultrafine state. The unit provides a 5–8 L/H design flow and a ≤15 mL minimum processing volume, making it suitable for formulation development, sample preparation and laboratory-scale dispersion work. A ≥7-inch touchscreen and sanitary digital pressure sensor display the pressure curve for direct process observation. The temperature-controlled homogenization valve can be configured for first- or second-stage operation. Online exhaust is available as an option without pressure reduction. Tri-Clamp quick connection with self-priming feed helps limit transfer equipment and contamination risk. The solid ceramic plunger, independent removable homogenization module, zero residual sample path and SIP/CIP cleaning capability support routine laboratory maintenance. To compare the family configuration, see HM-HP20 from HM Instruments.
