The parallel concentrator is a new type of concentration and constant volume product jointly developed by our company based on the needs of laboratory use, from multiple perspectives such as user convenience, safety, speed, and stability. The product eliminates the drawbacks of sample contamination caused by water bath heating and volatilization in the conventional market, determines the safety and accuracy of samples, and has the characteristics of unmanned operation, accurate constant volume, and large-scale concentration. It can store multiple sets of data and achieve fully automated quantitative and batch concentration. The entire concentration process makes the tedious concentration process flexible, worry free, efficient, and safe.

Main features

1. Sample quantity: 1-4 samples can be concentrated and processed simultaneously;

3. Endpoint detection: Each working channel is equipped with an optical sensor, which automatically and independently detects the endpoint without the need for manual supervision;

4. Endpoint volume: The automatically sensed constant volume for humans is 1.0ml, 0.5ml, or near dry (approximately 0.1ml, with optional constant volume specifications). The solvent can be dried by extending the time appropriately, and different specifications of concentration bottles can be used interchangeably at the same time;

The instrument comes with an automatic pressure regulating device that can automatically adjust to the set blowing pressure and maintain it constant, without being affected by sudden opening, closing, or quantity of the working channel (sample); External nitrogen pressure (nitrogen cylinder pressure gauge pressure) range: 0.10~0.50pa; External maximum gas pressure: 0.7mpa;

9. Gas consumption: At a purge pressure of 0.10mpa, each channel consumes approximately 500ml/min (approximately 17cfm);

10. Constant volume sensitivity: ten levels adjustable, accurate concentration and constant volume of solvents of different colors or translucency;

11. Control mode: Users can choose manual or intelligent mode to control the blowing endpoint according to their actual situation;

12. Alarm prompt: The instrument will display when the lid is opened, concentration is completed, or nitrogen pressure is insufficient;

13. During the operation of the instrument, the lid is opened and the working status is automatically intelligently memorized. The instrument continues to execute the previously terminated program without the need to reset the working parameters and channels;

14. All rubber accessories are made of silicone without plasticizers to avoid sample contamination from the instrument;

15. Flexible working parameter settings, convenient sample insertion/extraction process, eliminate tedious preparation work, and reduce the toxicity of organic solvents to operators;

16. The closed structure design and built-in strong exhaust system can collectively discharge organic volatile components and water vapor, avoiding the volatilization and diffusion of organic solvents in the experimental operation space, ensuring the health of operators, and avoiding environmental pollution;
