HM-QD24G is a new type of concentrated and constant volume product jointly developed by our company based on laboratory usage needs, from multiple perspectives such as user convenience, safety, speed, and stability. The product eliminates the drawbacks of sample contamination caused by water bath heating and volatilization in the conventional market, determines the safety and accuracy of the sample, and has the characteristics of unmanned, accurate constant volume, and large-scale concentration. It can store multiple sets of data, achieve fully automated quantitative and batch concentration, and the entire concentration process, making the tedious concentration process flexible, worry free, efficient, and safe.

Main features

1. Sample quantity: 1-24 samples can be concentrated and processed simultaneously;

3. End point detection: Each working channel is equipped with an optical sensor, which automatically and independently detects the end point without the need for manual supervision;

The solvent can also be blown dry for an appropriate extension of time, and concentration bottles of different specifications can be used interchangeably at the same time;

9. Gas consumption: At a blowing pressure of 0.10mpa, each channel is approximately 500ml/min (approximately 17cfm);

10. Constant volume sensitivity: Ten levels adjustable, accurate concentration and constant volume of solvents with different colors or light transmittance;

11. Control method: Users can choose to manually or intelligently control the blowing end point according to their actual situation;

12. Alarm prompt: The instrument will display when the lid is opened, concentration is completed, and nitrogen pressure is insufficient;

13. During the operation of the instrument, the lid is opened and the working status is automatically and intelligently memorized. The instrument continues to execute the previously terminated program without the need to reset working parameters and channels;

14. All rubber accessories are made of silicone without plasticizers to avoid sample contamination from the instrument;

15. Flexible working parameter settings, convenient sample insertion/extraction process, eliminating tedious preparation work, and reducing the toxicity of organic solvents to operators;

The enclosed structural design and built-in strong exhaust system can uniformly discharge organic volatile components and water vapor, avoiding the volatilization and diffusion of organic solvents in the experimental operating space, ensuring the physical health of operators, and avoiding environmental pollution;
