In a large amount of analysis work, especially in the fields of environmental pollutants and food safety analysis, the fully automatic nitrogen blowing instrument needs to preprocess the prepared sample in order to obtain trace target components. The process mainly includes basic steps such as sample extraction (extraction), concentration, purification, and reconcentration. Among them, how to quickly and non destructively concentrate is also a key step. The commonly used devices for completing the concentration process include rotary evaporators, K-D concentrators, and nitrogen blowing (referred to as nitrogen blowing instrument). Among them, nitrogen blowing concentration is simple and does not require special device design. When the sample quantity is small or the solvent amount is small, this method is convenient to use. When a large number of samples need to be concentrated simultaneously with a large amount of solvent, the above concentration devices appear inadequate, and the concentration process appears time-consuming and laborious (requiring supervision to prevent drying). Additionally, an open nitrogen blowing device is detrimental to the health of operators.

This equipment adopts a unique concentration method to significantly improve the concentration rate. At the same time, the equipment uses its own exhaust fan to directionally discharge the evaporated waste gas through the exhaust pipeline, so that the nitrogen blowing concentration device, which originally had to be placed in a ventilated kitchen, can be safely installed on a general experimental platform. Not only is it easy to move and saves laboratory costs, but it also reduces the harm of toxic and harmful solvents to operators. It is a pre-treatment device for laboratory samples.
