Product Introduction

HM-HP30 is a laboratory high pressure homogenizer for teams that need a 12–15 L/H design flow together with a ≤15 mL minimum processing volume. It uses a high-pressure reciprocating pump to convey material to a working valve. Shear, impact and cavitation inside the valve provide the stated high-pressure route to ultrafine processing of liquids or solid particles carried by liquids. The model combines a 200 MPa design maximum with adjustable actual operating pressure from 0 to 180 MPa. A ≥7-inch touchscreen and sanitary digital pressure sensor display the pressure curve, helping operators observe pressure during a run. The temperature-controlled homogenization valve can be selected in first- or second-stage configuration. Ceramic plungers, imported high-pressure sealing materials and an independent removable valve module are specified for demanding routine use. Tri-Clamp self-priming feed, real-time flow adjustment and zero residual sample handling simplify sample transfer. Nano-homogenization can reach ≤100 nm, while the stated cell-disruption breakage rate is ≥95%. For model-specific information, see HM-HP30 in the HM Instruments range.

Functional Performance / Features

  1. 12–15 L/H design flow supports larger laboratory processing batches.
  2. ≤15 mL minimum processing volume keeps the platform useful for limited samples.
  3. 200 MPa design maximum and 0–180 MPa adjustable actual operating pressure.
  4. ≥7-inch touchscreen provides pressure-curve visibility during operation.
  5. Sanitary digital pressure sensor is specified for accurate, sensitive pressure indication.
  6. First- or second-stage temperature-controlled homogenization valve can be selected.
  7. Online material temperature control uses a valve jacket, medium connections and piping.
  8. Output temperature can be controlled from -5°C to 100°C according to material requirements.
  9. Imported high-pressure sealing materials provide fatigue strength and wear resistance.
  10. Solid ceramic plunger has a smooth, hard and self-lubricating surface.
  11. Independent homogenization module simplifies removal, maintenance and independent sterilization.
  12. Tri-Clamp self-priming feed avoids an additional pump and hopper combination.
  13. Real-time flow adjustment and zero residual sample handling support flexible experiments.
  14. Nano-homogenization is specified at ≤100 nm; cell-disruption breakage rate is ≥95%.
  15. SIP and CIP cleaning operations are available.
