Product Introduction
HM-HP10 is a laboratory high pressure homogenizer for reducing liquid-borne particles and processing cell suspensions through controlled high-pressure treatment. A high-pressure reciprocating pump conveys material to the working valve, where shear, impact and cavitation produce ultrafine processing. The model is designed for research teams that need a small minimum batch while retaining a 12–15 L/H design flow. Its ≤45 mL minimum processing volume helps laboratories work with limited or valuable samples. A solid ceramic plunger provides a hard, smooth, wear-resistant and self-lubricating contact surface. The temperature-controlled first-stage homogenization valve supports low-temperature operation at around 4°C to help preserve biological activity. Real-time flow adjustment, zero residual sample handling and a Tri-Clamp self-priming feed support repeatable laboratory transfers without an additional feed pump. For a broader model comparison, review HM-HP10 in the HM Instruments high pressure homogenizer range.
