HM-4-12A is a vacuum tube furnace for universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial or mining enterprises that need high-temperature material treatment with controlled gas or vacuum-tube operation. The furnace accepts a high-purity quartz or high-purity alumina corundum tube, with horizontal or vertical installation available across the documented series. This model uses a Φ40*440 furnace size (excluding tube length), a 1200°C maximum temperature, 4kw power, and 220V supply. The 1200°C series uses resistance wire and a K-type (0-1200°C) measurement system. Single-, double-, three-, or five-zone configurations can be selected at equipment level, while a rotating and tilting system can also be added to the furnace body.
