Product Introduction

HM-3-14B is a vacuum tube furnace for universities, scientific research institutes, and industrial or mining enterprises that need high-temperature material treatment with controlled gas or vacuum-tube operation. The furnace accepts a high-purity quartz or high-purity alumina corundum tube, with horizontal or vertical installation available across the documented series. This model uses a Φ60*350 furnace size (excluding tube length), a 1400°C maximum temperature, 5kw power, and 220V supply. The 1400°C series uses silicon carbide rod and a S-type (0-1600°C) measurement system. Single-, double-, three-, or five-zone configurations can be selected at equipment level, while a rotating and tilting system can also be added to the furnace body. An intelligent controller supports 30-50 segment programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating, and automatic cooling. Inlet gas control, a vacuum gauge, a vacuum pump, and 304 stainless-steel flanges support the documented atmosphere-oriented heating work.
