The conductivity online monitor is a commonly used instrument, mainly used to accurately measure the conductivity of liquid media, and is widely used in industry, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields.
Measurement principle:
The conductivity of water is the reciprocal of the resistance of water, which is usually used to measure water quality. Conductivity is the ability of an object to conduct current. The microcomputer circuit built into the controller converts the conductivity value by measuring the concentration of electrolytes present in water. This indicator is often used to infer the total concentration or salt content of ions in water.

Preparation: Place the first-level potassium chloride reagent in a drying oven at a constant temperature of 220 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, weigh 0.744g and place it in a container, and dissolve the reagent in 1000mL of distilled water or deionized water with a conductivity lower than 0.2uS/cm and a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius
Conductivity calibration:
Put the conductivity electrode in a low-concentration standard solution, enter the calibration menu-low point calibration, wait for stabilization for about 3 minutes, enter the conductivity value of this standard solution, and press ENTER to confirm and store.
Put the conductivity electrode in a high-concentration standard solution, enter the calibration menu-high point calibration, wait for stabilization, enter the conductivity value of this standard solution, and press ENTER to confirm and store.
The system automatically calculates the parameters. If there is still an error after calibration, please recalibrate.
