Product Overview

PH online monitor is a commonly used instrument, mainly used to accurately measure the pH/redox potential of liquid media, and is widely used in industry, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields.

Measurement principle

The measuring electrode is immersed in the solution, and the H+ ions generate a battery voltage between the electrode membrane and the solution. The battery voltage generated by the electrode is proportional to the pH value. The controller has a built-in microcomputer circuit to obtain the pH value by measuring the battery voltage.

Standard solution configuration

When shipped, three packs of PH standard buffer solutions are randomly included, namely 4.01, 6.86, and 9.18 standard buffer solutions.

4.01 PH standard solution

Put the 4.01 standard buffer solution in a container, add 250mL of pure water, and stir evenly before use.

The configuration method of 6.86 and 9.18 standard buffers is the same as that of 4.01 standard buffer.

PH calibration

Put the PH electrode into standard solution No. 1 (4.01 or 6.86), enter the calibration menu-low point calibration, wait for about 5 minutes to stabilize, enter the value of this standard solution, and press ENTER to confirm and save.

Put the PH electrode into standard solution No. 2 (9.18 or 6.86), enter the calibration menu-high point calibration, wait for stabilization (about 5 minutes) and enter the value of this standard solution, and press ENTER to confirm and save.

The system automatically calculates the parameters. If there is still an error after calibration, please recalibrate.

Note: The standard solution used for high point calibration must be larger than the standard solution used for low point calibration.
