Product Introduction

The HM-YN3-1 is a fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester for liquid and petroleum-product laboratories that want a complete measurement sequence with limited manual intervention. The instrument can perform constant-temperature control, sample suction, viscosity detection, value calculation, printing, capillary cleaning and capillary drying automatically. Two samples can be tested at the same time, helping a laboratory handle routine batches more efficiently. The measurement range is 0 to 30000 mm²/s with 0.01 s time resolution. Temperature is controlled from ambient to +150°C with ±0.01°C accuracy by a German A-grade Pt100 sensor. Infrared photoelectric liquid-level detection, an imported detection module and low-liquid-level protection support the automated sequence. A 10-inch industrial color touchscreen, temperature correction and storage for 10,000 test results complete the bench configuration. The HM-YN3-1 product reference provides a concise view of the automatic workflow.
