In order to meet the needs of monitoring trace uranium samples in nuclear industry, radiation environmental protection, and scientific research units, our company has successfully developed a fully automatic trace uranium analyzer. The instrument design adopts a new ultraviolet light source produced by a foreign company, which is characterized by stable performance and no faults; The lifespan of the pulse light tube used is ≥ 5 years, and if the standard addition method is used, 80000 samples can be analyzed. The circuit design adopts a new type of microcontroller, and all operations during testing only need to follow the Chinese prompts and lightly click on the corresponding options on the LCD touch screen. The device has a built-in oscillation function, avoiding the problem of external oscillator use. The whole machine is integrated and automated. After the oscillation is completed, the standard addition method and working curve method can be selected to analyze the sample. And the regression curve and linear regression equation are automatically generated by the microcontroller, and the data is directly processed. The LCD screen display and printer printing can simultaneously provide the final results of the sample test. This instrument is equipped with an Ethernet 100Base-T4 network port. It can directly input test data into the computer and is an upgraded product of similar instruments.
