Automatic Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer is an automated instrument for the determination of nitrogen content and protein content according to Kjeldahl method. According to the principle of Kjeldahl Nitrogen Determination, the instrument performs automatic quantitative addition of reagents, distillation, absorption, titration and output of test results on the sample after digestion, and the results can be the nitrogen content or converted to protein content.
