Product Introduction

The HM-HZ1 is an entry-level transmittance haze meter designed for routine quality control of transparent and translucent materials. Built around a 0/d optical geometry with an LED light source calibrated to CIE C illuminant (380nm–780nm), it measures both haze (0–100%) and transmittance (0–100%) with a single 21mm aperture. The 7-inch capacitive touchscreen provides intuitive operation — no preheating, no lamp warm-up. Simply power on and begin testing. At $1,000, the HM-HZ1 delivers ASTM D1003 and GB/T 2410 compliant measurements at a fraction of the cost of comparable instruments from European or Japanese manufacturers.
