The microwave digestion instrument is a device used for sample pretreatment. It uses microwave heating technology to quickly and effectively digest samples. The instrument is widely used in food, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, scientific research institutes and other fields, and is particularly suitable for acid digestion and solvent extraction of various samples.

Equipped with the same hole position acid remover, the hole diameter is consistent with the digestion inner tank, and it is convenient to use without liquid transfer

Working principle

The microwave digestion instrument uses the direct heating effect of microwave electromagnetic waves to quickly decompose the sample under high temperature and high pressure. Its heating principle is mainly achieved through molecularization and ion conduction effects:

Molecularization effect: polar molecules collide and rub at high speed in the microwave electric field to form high heat.

Ion conduction effect: ions in the solution flow in a directional manner under the microwave electric field, generating high-speed friction and collision, and converting microwave energy into heat energy.

The advantages of microwave digestion technology include fast and complete sample decomposition, small loss of volatile elements, low reagent consumption, simple operation, high processing efficiency, low pollution, low blank, etc. It is known as the "green chemical reaction technology".

Temperature control system: non-contact infrared temperature control, real-time detection, control and display of the temperature and curve in the microwave digestion reaction tank.

Temperature control range: 0~300℃, temperature control accuracy ±0.5℃.

Temperature control capability: automatic temperature control by software.

Pressure protection: automatic overpressure release.
