Instrument Introduction

Environmental pollution has drawn close attention of governments and the public around the world, and the call for protecting ecological environment and atmospheric environment is rising day by day. Human beings cannot leave 5 minutes of air, 95% of which is distributed in the thickness of 12km on the earth surface. The main cause of atmospheric damage and pollution is the emission of CO2 and SO2. With the combustion of CO2 and SO2 source automatic fuel, the lower the sulfur content of gasoline, diesel, heavy oil, etc. used in vehicles, ships and aircrafts will greatly reduce the pollution to the atmosphere. Europe and China have developed a series of sulfur standards to limit production and emissions. SO2 will also cause catalyst poisoning in petrochemical industry and cause acid rain and other hazards in the atmosphere.

The X-ray fluorescence sulfur meter produced by our company is a special X-ray fluorescence analyzer developed and manufactured to meet the requirements of sulfur content detection in oil products. It adopts the principle of energy dispersion and the computer-based design of electromechanical integration, so the analysis is fast and accurate. Its repeatability and reproducibility comply with the relevant requirements of national standard GB/T17040 and petrochemical industry standard SH/T0742, and also fully comply with the more stringent American national standard ASTMD4294-03. It provides an important means for the detection of sulfur content in crude oil or petrochemical production process

Main purpose

Measure the total sulfur mass percentage content of crude oil, petroleum, heavy oil, diesel oil, kerosene, gasoline and naphtha;

Measure the total sulfur content in coal chemical products, such as primary benzene;

Measurement of total sulfur or sulfide content in other liquid samples;

Determination of carbon, total sulfur or SO3 content in fine powder samples, such as petroleum coke and modified asphalt.
