Quantitative Sampling Robot is a high-precision, portable intelligent device designed for internal sampling of centralized air-conditioning ventilation systems in public places. The product is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the relevant standards in WS 10013-2023 Hygienic Code for Centralized Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places, WS/T 10004-2023 Hygienic Evaluation Code for Centralized Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places, and GB 37488-2019 Requirements for Hygienic Indicators and Limit Values of Public Places, which ensures its Stability and reliability. It adopts advanced aviation aluminum alloy material, combines efficient mobile performance with excellent sampling technology, and can meet the needs of ventilation duct inspection and maintenance work in many industries.

Compliance: it fully complies with the requirements of WS 10013-2023, WS/T 10004-2023 and GB 37488-2019 for centralized air conditioning quantitative sampling robots.
Compact design: with dimensions LWH 310mm * 160mm * 100mm, it can enter the interior of rectangular tin ducts with a minimum size of 100 x 160mm for sampling.
Accurate sampling: provide two sampling methods, scraping and wiping method, sampler sampling area of 50 square centimeters, closed double sampler retrofitted with airflow return duct and manufactured using light-curing 3D printing technology to guarantee the effectiveness of the sampling area. Cloth and have a patented design of the scraper clip installation is convenient and quick, field operation can maximize the elimination of secondary pollution, to achieve aseptic operation. Sampling error is less than 5% and sampling deviation is less than 3%.
Omni-directional vision: the front camera has a tilt angle of 200 degrees, and the front and rear adopt 150-degree wide-angle fixed-focus cameras, providing a dead-angle-free vision.
Flexible control: support wireless and wired control, wired control distance ≥ 50 meters, wireless control without distance limitation. Video capture, photography and robot control are all done by the terminal.
Powerful obstacle-crossing ability: the height of obstacle-crossing is ≥7cm, the angle of slope climbing is ≥48 degrees, and the weight of the whole machine including battery is only 4.0KG.
Full-automatic sampling: the software control adds the full-automatic one-key sampling function of “dust collection sampling” and “microbial sampling”, which can complete all sampling actions without manual intervention.
Durable material: no less than 95% of the whole machine is made of aviation aluminum alloy, and the surface is oxidized and sandblasted and thickened with passivation film to increase the surface hardness. The body walking module is molded in one piece, and the total weight is not more than 4KG.
Multi-platform compatibility: support Android system, Hongmeng system of cell phones, tablets, computers to control the operation.
Efficient range: equipped with 4000mAh capacity power battery, charging time ≤ 4 hours, a single charge can continue to run about 5-6 hours.
