 Product Introduction:

The aerosol generator is an instrument that uses Laskin nozzles to generate DOP aerosols. The built-in regulating valve can be adjusted to work with 4 or 10 nozzles. The output aerosol concentration can reach 10μg/L-100μg/L at an air flow rate of 1.4m3/min-56.6m3/min. The aerosol performance indicators meet national standards and are suitable for leak detection of clean rooms and filters by medical device inspection institutes, disease prevention and control centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, filter manufacturers, etc.

Precautions:

To prevent damage to your aerosol generator, please read the following safety instructions carefully before using this device, and keep this manual properly so that all product users can refer to it at any time.

① Add about 800ml PAO stock solution to the oil tank before use, and the liquid level line should be above or below the middle of the liquid level gauge

② The continuous working time of the instrument should not exceed one hour. When continuous work is required, the spray should be stopped every hour and cooled for 15 minutes.

③ After use, do not turn off the power immediately. Turn off the power after 20 minutes of heat dissipation to dissipate the heat in the instrument as soon as possible.

④ When the pressure indication value exceeds 150kPa, the instrument will activate the pressure protection device, automatically release the pressure, and produce a "puff" sound. This is a normal phenomenon. The user only needs to reduce the pressure.

⑤ When the instrument is not used for a long time, the remaining PAO in the tank should be emptied to avoid leakage.

⑥ The factory configuration of this instrument is 16mm in diameter, and a 16mm to 8mm quick-connect plug is randomly distributed. If the user needs other sizes of pipes, they can convert them by themselves.

⑦ If the pressure gauge pointer is slightly offset when the instrument is turned off, it is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the normal use of the instrument.

Note

The connection pipeline of the Φ8 quick-connect adapter cannot exceed 10cm, otherwise it will cause excessive pressure in the tank and pipeline, thereby damaging the host. The loss caused by exceeding the specified length is not covered by the warranty and shall be borne by the user!
