Rice freshness tester

Product Introduction:

The rice freshness tester is suitable for the grain industry standard of LS/T 6118-2017 "Grain and Oil Inspection - Determination and Discrimination of Rice Freshness", and is a specialized instrument for detecting the freshness of rice. The working principle is based on the amount of aldehydes and ketones produced during the aging process of the rice sample. The rice sample is ground into rice, and a special reagent - freshness measuring agent is added to the rice sample. After shaking and mixing, centrifugation treatment is carried out. The color change of the mixed solution after the reaction between the sample and freshness measuring agent is detected by the instrument, and the freshness value of the sample is displayed to determine the freshness of the rice sample. This instrument is mainly used in grain depots, rice processing enterprises, grain quality inspection centers, etc. to evaluate the freshness of rice.
