Principle Introduction:
The microbial aerosol detector is based on the principle of firefly luminescence and uses the "luciferase luciferin system" to quickly detect the ATP content in living microorganisms of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The ATP content can be determined by detecting the luminescence value, thereby determining the content of living microorganisms in the sample. Firstly, the microorganisms in the air are enriched in distilled water through a high flow air sampling module, and then a quantitative enzyme solution is added to the liquid. After sufficient reaction, the relative luminescence is tested through a rapid fluorescence detection module. The corresponding microbial content can be calculated based on the luminescence intensity.
