Working Principle:
The phase capsaicin components in the sample being
examined and the chromogenic agent under - certain conditions to occur specific
reaction, can generate different color depth of the product, these products have
selective absorption of different wavelengths of visible light, the depth of
color that is, the absorbance of the samples in the concentration of the
indicator components of the correlation, and in the appropriate range of
concentrations to obey the law of Lambert - Beer. Therefore, the absorbance
value of the test can be automatically calculated by the standard curve software
built-in the instrument to obtain the exact concentration of the index component
in the sample and the result of whether the standard is exceeded or not.
