Instrument Introduction:

GY-4 digital fruit hardness tester is equipped with a variety of probes and a new force sensing device to measure the hardness of fruits such as apples, pears, strawberries, and grapes. It is suitable for fruit research departments, fruit companies, fruit farms, colleges and universities, etc., to test the hardness of fruits such as breeding, harvesting, storage, export, transportation, and processing, so as to judge the maturity of the fruit. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, intuitive in reading, and easy to carry, especially suitable for on-site testing. It can also be installed on a matching special test machine to improve the accuracy of the test.

Peak hold function, keep the peak value display until manually cleared;

Data output function, can input data into the computer through the data line for various analyses;

Peak automatic release function, keep the display peak value for 1 to 9 seconds and then automatically release;
