The HM Instruments HM-TCP900 bracket ultrasonic cell crusher is a laboratory ultrasonic processing system designed for cell, tissue and particle treatment in liquid media. Its separated host and transducer arrangement helps reduce vibration influence on the instrument, while the adjustable bracket can be positioned for tubes, beakers and reaction vessels. Strong ultrasound creates cavitation in liquid; the resulting mechanical action supports the disruption of animal and plant cells, bacteria, spores and tissues. The same platform can also be used for emulsification, separation, dispersion, homogenization, extraction, degassing, cleaning and acceleration of chemical reactions. A 10.1-inch high-definition touchscreen concentrates operating settings, and programmed timing supports controlled ultrasonic on/off cycles. The configurable bracket helps keep the ultrasonic horn positioned over the selected vessel during processing.
