Product Introduction
The HM-FP900 is a split ultrasonic cell disruptor for scale-up laboratory homogenization. It uses ultrasonic energy in liquid to create cavitation for disruption of cells, tissues and suspended particles. A separate controller and probe arrangement keeps the main unit apart from the working chamber, while the soundproof enclosure provides an enclosed workspace with a large acrylic viewing window. The 10.1-inch high-definition touch screen brings ultrasonic output, interval time, total time and sample-temperature monitoring into one operating interface. With a 20-900W ultrasonic power range and 0.1-1000ml processing capacity when fitted with an appropriate horn, this model gives laboratories a defined configuration for their sample scale. Users can set ultrasonic on time, off time and total time before selecting test or operating mode. Automatic frequency tracking, horn matching, temperature monitoring and alarm functions support routine operation.
