Product introduction:

Microwave is an electromagnetic wave with a very short wavelength. Like radio waves, infrared rays and visible light, it belongs to electromagnetic waves. The frequency range of microwaves is from 300MHz to 300KMHz, that is, the wavelength range is from 1㎜ to 1m. Microwave heating is the heating of an object after absorbing microwaves. The heating starts from the inside and outside of the object at the same time, so that the material is heated inside and outside at the same time, so that the heating effect can be achieved in a short time.


Using microwaves to heat chemical substances for reaction is several times or even thousands of times faster than traditional heating technology. It is for this reason that microwave technology has attracted the attention of more and more chemists. Our company continuously collects user feedback during the production test process, and independently develops and produces program-controlled temperature microwave chemical reactors and ultrasonic microwave synergistic devices based on user needs and experimental pain points.


The microwave chemical reactor has multiple test modes such as atmospheric synthesis reaction, microwave extraction reaction, atmospheric synthesis/extraction, etc. The microwave power and temperature upper limit can be set at the same time, 30-stage program temperature control, large LCD display, real-time temperature and time setting, and stronger operating space for heating function. Users can arbitrarily install reaction vessels (50-500ml) with standard interfaces, as well as condensation reflux, dripping, liquid replenishment and water separation devices according to the reaction conditions.


In addition, computer automatic control can be realized according to different customer requirements, and the microwave power control range can be further widened. Real-time monitoring of the reaction process through video screens, timely observation of changes in reactants. Arbitrary power setting, sample temperature detection display, actual frequency display, frequency microcomputer tracking, automatic fault alarm. Friendly human-machine interface and touch screen are convenient for experimental personnel to record intuitively. The USB interface can be connected to a mouse and a U disk to download and store reaction data at any time.
