Variable frequency microwave chemical reactor

The new variable frequency microwave chemical reactor adopts microcomputer technology and variable frequency microwave adjustment technology to realize microwave power variable frequency adjustment. The whole series of products have precise temperature control and magnetic stirring functions, digital display of temperature and magnetic stirring speed, simple operation and good repeatability. For experiments that need to explore microwave catalytic reaction conditions, especially for chemical experiments that require smaller microwave power but hope to maintain continuous microwave radiation, its scientificity and practicality are ideally exerted.

Main technical features and description:

(1) Automatic variable frequency control of microwave power:

Adopting the latest variable frequency technology, the 50Hz industrial frequency is converted into a variable frequency of 10,000 to 30,000Hz through the inverter, replacing the high-voltage transformer used in traditional microwave reactors, perfectly solving the technical defect that the high-voltage transformer is frequently damaged by the impact of spike pulses when the traditional microwave reactor is precisely controlled. MCU adjusts PID adaptively and automatically controls microwave output power according to the temperature change data detected by Pt100 sensor in real time, the polarity of the reaction material, the change of heat capacity, the reaction time and other mathematical model change conditions, so as to accurately control the temperature.

(2) Digital display speed magnetic stirring:

The bottom of the microwave reaction chamber is equipped with magnetic stirring, which adopts high temperature resistant samarium cobalt magnet. The maximum working temperature can reach 350℃, and it will not lose magnetism after long-term use. It has stepless speed regulation and speed digital display.

(3) Open reaction system:

Users can add standard reaction vessels (volume 100-500ml) and condensation reflux, dripping, liquid replenishment and water separation devices according to the reaction conditions, and it is also equipped with a protective gas addition port.
