Detection range

Mainly used for rapid detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in fruits, vegetables, tea, grain, water and soil. Instrument principle

◆Detection principle: The single-chip microcomputer is used to control parameters such as temperature and time, and the organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables, fruits and other foods are semi-quantitatively detected in conjunction with biochemical reactions

◆Biochemical reaction principle: Cholinesterase (white tablets) in the rapid test card can catalyze the hydrolysis of indophenol acetate (red tablets) into acetic acid and indophenol. Since organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides have an inhibitory effect on the activity of cholinesterase, the color after catalytic hydrolysis changes. Therefore, according to the depth of the result color, the residual situation of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides in the sample can be judged
