Rice processing precision tester

Purpose

Used to replace manual visual inspection to objectively, quickly, and accurately automatically detect the processing accuracy of rice. After the rice sample to be tested is dyed with a special dye (Eosin Y-methylene blue), the skin and embryo on the rice are blue-green, and the endosperm is purplish red. The instrument specific intelligent recognition software automatically analyzes the processing accuracy of the rice sample based on the degree of skin retention on each grain of whole rice and its total proportion. This instrument is mainly suitable for research institutes, testing units, rice mills, and distribution enterprises.

1. Reflected draft scanned and dyed rice, with the tested object being rice (japonica rice, indica rice, glutinous rice).
